I would like to what to do in this case as a fellow guildie is haveing problems with this.He keeps getting timed out while trying to load his charator on the charactor screen and can't access it.He is on dial up and with the updates he has kept it on while not at home.What is his best course of action or is best to contact support?

get a downloader that resumes where it was cut off instead of having to start again.

Firstly have a look at the support forums ...

here is something that may help ... will downloads will reconnect or do I gotta do it all over again

also if it is a constant issue with him not being able to log in, itfreezes on character selection, I have seen a post about that somewhere in this forum already.
